2023/2024 Parish Vitality Goals
Goal 1:
Our goal is to take weekly mass attendance to track any increase or decrease in mass attendance over time. We feel this will be more reflective of our overall vitality versus just an October count due to our parish being in a farming community and October is harvest time and our 4 pm mass does not always allow farmers to attend.

Goal 2:
Our goal is to recruit more members to participate in the various ministries of the weekly mass including mass servers, eucharistic ministers, lectors, ushers, choir and money counters. We have lost members to death, graduation and moving and need to replace those positions to keep the mass experience vibrant.

Goal 3:
Our goal is to extend our parish outreach to our elderly who are home bound or in a care facility and to reach out to inactive parish members to keep them informed of parish activities and welcome them to attend mass. Our parish membership is aging and we need to provide ministry to those members who cannot attend mass due to health limitations. We also have a significant number of parish members who do not actively participate in weekly mass, but do contribute financially to the parish.
